Simulator Reservation Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation Requirements

● All simulator reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.

● Reservations are valid only for the date, time, and duration confirmed at the time of

purchase.

2. Cancellation by Customer

● Cancellations made more than 8 hours before the scheduled reservation: Eligible for a

full refund or reschedule (subject to availability).

● Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the reservation: Non-refundable. No credits

will be issued.

● No-shows: Reservations will be forfeited without refund or credit.

3. Rescheduling

● Rescheduling is permitted up to 8 hours prior to the reserved time.

● Rescheduling within 8 hours of the reservation is not permitted, and the original

reservation will be forfeited.

4. Cancellation by Birdie Shotz

● Birdie Shotz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule reservations due to technical

issues, inclement weather, safety concerns, or other operational circumstances beyond

its control.

● In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered at the customer’s choice.

5. Group & Event Bookings

● Group reservations (5 or more participants) and private events require at least 72

hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

● Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event are non-refundable.

6. Refund Method

● Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business

days.



7. Enforcement

● Failure to comply with this Cancellation Policy may result in denial of future

reservations. Birdie Shotz reserves the right to enforce these terms strictly
