Terms & Conditions

Location: Birdie Shotz Golf Lab & Lounge, Statesville, NC

1. Acceptance of Terms

● By reserving, accessing, or using the golf simulator facilities at Birdie Shotz Golf Lab &

Lounge, Inc., you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not

agree, you may not use the Simulators.

2. Use of Facilities

● Simulators may only be used during reserved and confirmed time slots.

● Access is limited to the number of participants specified in the reservation.

● Users must comply with all posted facility rules and staff instructions at all times.

3. Conduct & Safety

● Only one (1) player is permitted in the hitting area at any time.

● Proper footwear is required; metal spikes are prohibited.

● Clubs must be clean and free of debris. Damaged or excessively dirty equipment is not

permitted.

● Patrons must not tamper with screens, sensors, mats, or any simulator technology.

● Food and drink are prohibited in hitting areas.

4. Age Restrictions

● Users under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

● Birdie Shotz reserves the right to request identification to verify age.

5. Reservations & Cancellations

● Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.

● Cancellations made less than 8 hours prior to the reserved time are non-refundable.

● Birdie Shotz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule reservations due to technical,

safety, or operational issues.

6. Damage to Property

● Users are financially responsible for any damage caused to equipment, facilities, or

property of Birdie Shotz resulting from misuse, negligence, or violation of these Terms &

Conditions.



7. Alcohol & Behavior

● No outside alcohol is permitted.

● Birdie Shotz reserves the right to refuse service or access to any patron who is

intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a safety risk
